What this notice covers
AMB Business OS is a private coaching workspace operated by AMB Performance Group. It stores information that you and your authorized business users provide so AMB can deliver coaching services and operate the portal.
Information we handle
This may include account and business details, team and assessment information, financial summaries, uploaded documents, goals, weekly plans, and conversations with the Planning Coach. We also process limited technical records needed for security, reliability, and support.
How we use it
We use the information to provide coaching features, generate requested analysis, maintain your account, protect the service, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell client information.
Service providers
The portal relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting; and Anthropic for requested AI coaching features. These providers process only the information required to deliver their part of the service under AMB's configuration and agreements.
Access, retention, and deletion
Access is limited to authorized members of your business and authorized AMB staff. We retain active-account information for the coaching relationship and retain limited backup or security records for operational and legal needs. Ask your AMB coach or account contact to review, correct, export, or delete your information. AMB will verify the request before acting.
Security and incidents
The portal uses encrypted transport, private file storage, access controls, and database-enforced separation between businesses. No system can promise absolute security. If AMB identifies an incident affecting your information, it will investigate and provide notice when required.

Contact your AMB coach or established AMB account contact with privacy questions or requests. They will route the request to AMB's accountable data owner.
