Terms of use

Authorized use
AMB Business OS is provided as part of an AMB coaching relationship. Use it only through an account assigned to you, keep your credentials private, and notify AMB promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your information
You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having the right to provide information about employees, contractors, or other people. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Coaching and AI output
Portal recommendations and AI-generated content support business coaching and human judgment. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, employment, or investment advice. Review important decisions with the appropriate qualified professional.
Availability and changes
AMB may maintain, improve, suspend, or retire features. AMB will use reasonable care to preserve client information and communicate material service changes through the coaching relationship.
Ending access
Access may end when the coaching relationship ends, when requested by an authorized business owner, or when needed to protect clients or the service. Information is handled after closure according to the privacy notice and applicable obligations.
